Returns Made Easy

For all US returns, follow the steps above to start your return or exchange with us!  By following these steps, you'll be provided with a return confirmation number as well as a shipping label to send your gear back to us.  If you have any questions about this process, feel free to reach out to us by email. 

We will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label for a flat rate of $6, which will be deducted from your refund. 

For International returns, please reach out to us directly at hello@oiselle.com.   

What items are returnable? 

We accept returns within 30 days of order receipt on all items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. 

We cannot accept returns on items that are marked as final sale or items purchased from one of our retail partners. 

Can I make a return from multiple orders under a single label? 

You are able to initiate a single return from multiple orders.  Simply click "Start with an email".  Enter your email and you'll be sent a link where you can start the return.  This link will show you all recent order and you can select from any that are still within our return window. 

Free Exchanges

Did your gear not fit right or was the color not exactly what you expected?  No problem, we'll exchange it for you!  By selecting exchange and choosing your preferred size or color for the product you're returning, we'll offer you a free return shipping label.  Once submitted, simply put your gear in the mail and we'll get a new order processed for you once the carrier lets us know they've started the shipping process back to us. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Return shipments can take anywhere from 3-6 business days to be received at our warehouse.  Once received, it can take another 7-10 days for your refund to be processed.  You will be notified once the refund has been processed on your order.    

How much time do I get to return the items? 

It is best if you mail them back as soon as possible, but you have about 10 days to drop those return items in the mail so that they are received in time.
